ABOUT

Science Amplification was born fall of 2009 in rainy Olympia, WA. My shop has moved around the PNW, and today each Science amplifier is designed, handbuilt, and tested in Portland, OR in my small shop. Our dedicated cabinet shop still resides in Olympia, run by master woodworker, Jeff Murrow.  

I've played electric guitar and bass in bands for the past 25 years, and have been enamored with tube amplifiers since the beginning. Designing and building amps is my thing to say the least, and I hope the energy and inspiration that's gone into my circuits finds its way into your riffs.
